How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad → tap your name at the top → tap Subscriptions → tap Locked In → tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you'll keep paid access until then.

How do I get a refund?

All subscriptions are sold and refunded by Apple. Submit refund requests to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds directly.

How do I restore a subscription on a new device?

Open Locked In → tap any locked session → tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.

Will Locked In work without internet?

Yes. Once a session has loaded, it plays offline. This is built for tournament fields with weak signal — you can run a session in the dugout, on a bus, or in a parking lot.

Will sessions play with the screen locked?

Yes. Audio continues when you lock your phone — designed for visualization sessions where you don't want to stare at a screen.

Is this for my daughter or for me?

Built for the player. The voice and scenarios are written for ballplayers in real game situations. Parents use it too, especially the night-before-tournament session.

Will it work for pitchers, catchers, or slappers?

Yes. Sessions adapt to the moment, not the position — pre-pitch, pre-at-bat, pre-defensive-stand, pre-game, between innings, post-mistake. We also have position-specific sessions including "In the Circle" for pitchers.

Can my whole team share one subscription?

Not yet. Each player needs their own subscription on their own Apple ID. Team and family plans are on the roadmap — let us know if that's something you'd want and we'll prioritize accordingly.

I have an idea for a session you should add.

We want to hear it. Email support@gettinglockedin.com with the situation (e.g., "after a hit-by-pitch," "before a championship game," "the night before tryouts") and we'll add it to our list.

I found a bug.
